Heat Exchangers

Subject to constant wear and changing environmental conditions, heat exchangers will eventually require replacement rather than continued maintenance. NLI can offer custom solutions for both safety and nonsafety-related condensers and heat exchangers. As always, the manufacture, examination, testing and documentation are in accordance with the necessary standards, and are under the control of NLI's Quality Assurance program.  Heat exchangers are offered with ASME III N-certification as well.

As with all projects at NLI, the following activities are performed:

  • Seismic qualification in accordance with IEEE 344-1975 1987
  • Mild environment qualification in accordance with IEEE 323-1974 1983
  • Dedication of equipment in accordance with Methods 1, 2 & 3 or EPRI NP-5652.
