Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) is a broad range of equipment that includes pressure gauges, pressure transmitters, level indicators, flow meters, annunciators, digital process control instruments, recorders, and a variety of ancillary products such as power supplies, inverters, and converters. The importance of reliable and accurate I&C components cannot be overstated. NLI understands this and strives to provide technically superior products with the highest quality available.
Many of NLI’s I&C products are supplied through our valued vendor alliances with world class companies such as Ashcroft, Ametek, and Krohne. Ashcroft is a household name for pressure gauges and other pressure and temperature measurement devices and Ametek’s annunciator panels are installed in most US plants. Krohne is not yet a household name in the US, but this German company makes some of the most accurate and reliable flow and level measurement equipment in the world, and is perfect for power uprate projects where increased accuracy is essential.
NLI has also reverse engineered and designed replacements for several obsolete power supplies, inverters, and other critical components. NLI has its own line of power supplies to replace obsolete models from Lambda. NLI has also designed and manufactures a complete set of rod control inverters. Both the power supplies and inverters appear on the outside and interface with the plant identical to the OEM equipment.
