Mr. Seiken founded NLI in 1991. Aron oversees all operations at NLI. Aron’s nuclear career began with ABB Impell in 1979, where he held various positions up through Engineering Division Manager. His specialties are equipment engineering and qualification, configuration management, and engineering design. Aron received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Union College in 1979.

Mr. Irish is currently the Vice President, Sales & Marketing for NLI. Craig joined NLI in 1994. Craig has since been involved with material certification, dedication, qualification and custom manufacturing within the nuclear industry starting with the Navy, expanded upon at National Technical Systems and refined with Nuclear Logistics, Inc. Craig graduated from University of Lowell with a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering in 1989.

Mr. Glenn joined NLI in 2001 and is currently the Chief Financial Officer.  Prior to joining NLI, Ron was the regional Controller for a major car rental chain.  Ron oversees all of the company’s finances, including the accounts payable and receivable departments.  He is also responsible for the purchasing department and Human Resources. Ron received his Bachelors of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin University in 1993.

Mr. Simmons joined NLI in 2009 and is currently the Materials Control Manager. Prior to joining NLI, Ron was the Production Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Procurement Manager for several large manufacturing companies. Ron is responsible for shipping, receiving, inventory control, and materials management at NLI. Ron earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University in 2000 and his Masters of Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University in 2006. His master’s degree was in Technology and Engineering Management.

Mr. Bolt joined NLI in 1997 and is currently the Director of Quality Assurance. Prior to joining NLI, Tracy worked for a nuclear services company performing in-service inspections in nuclear plants. He also holds several industry certifications. Tracy is responsible for quality control and quality assurance at NLI. Tracy graduated from the Spartan School of Aeronautics in 1990.

Mrs. Finstad joined NLI in 1997 and is currently Manager, Components. Prior to joining NLI, Tammie worked in the procurement and document control area for a manufacturer of night vision imaging and aerospace lighting systems. Tammie is responsible for components project coordination at NLI.

Mrs. Tomlinson joined NLI in 2002 and is currently Scheduling Manager. Prior to joining NLI, Kim worked as a Quality Auditor (Environmental) and in purchasing for several manufacturing firms. Kim is responsible for all project scheduling activities.

Mr. Jonica joined NLI in 2002 and is currently Production Manager. Prior to joining NLI, Branko worked as a supervisor at a German manufacturing plant for electronic components. In 1981 he received an Electrical Technician degree from Electro Technical College in Sarajevo, Bosnia. Branko is responsible for all testing and assembly labs.

Mr. Wong joined NLI in 1992 and is currently the Electrical Engineering Manager, a position he has held since 2000. In addition to his managerial duties, he also reviews engineering packages and oversees large and complex projects. His strengths are environmental qualification and procurement engineering. Alan received his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1989 and also a Masters of Business Administration in 1991.

Mr. Lara joined NLI in 1995 and is currently the Mechanical Engineering Manager. In addition to his managerial duties, he also reviews engineering packages and oversees large and complex projects. Victor’s nuclear career began in 1981 and he worked for several companies performing stress analyses, designing HVAC systems, seismic analyses and various systems evaluations. Victor earned his Bachelors of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1981. Victor is a Professional Engineer in the state of Texas – License No. 68966.
